Executive Privilege

We've all had questions a travel agent couldn't answer: Why did I find a lower fare online? How do I secure an upgrade? What's the best frequent-flier program? How many miles will I earn? Which airlines have flat beds in Business Class to Europe? What's the best Star Alliance lounge in Tokyo?

Why don't travel agents have those answers? Because their job is largely limited to booking tickets in an office – not traveling. They have never been in your shoes, globe-trotting and living on the fly, so they don't truly know your needs.

We live your jet-setting life, so we do have those answers. Our exclusive consulting service is most useful to senior executives and other frequent fliers who value convenience, comfort and luxury.

If your ticket was booked elsewhere, we provide what we call gardening of your reservation before your trip has started. We monitor your itinerary for any schedule changes, and the seat map for any seats better than yours that almost always open up. We can also help you upgrade your flights.

On your travel day, we monitor your flights and try to predict delays and cancellations by tracking your aircraft's path, so we can rebook you on the best alternate flight even before you head to the airport. We also offer online check-in, where available, and monitor your upgrade status and suggest alternatives if needed.

If you require booking services, we offer a highly personalized and unconventional approach that has saved our clients as much as $5,000 on a Business Class ticket, compared to the lowest fare found on Kayak and offered by a travel agency.

Unlike most travel agents, we don't rely on automated airline systems, which are often programmed to overcharge unsuspecting customers, to tell us what to do – we try to beat the computer by using our unique expertise, while playing by the airlines' rules.

The cream of our service is the inside and tested information we provide about the superiority of certain aircraft types, seats, meals, on-board amenities, airport lounges and other facilities. To top that off, we advise you what specific terms and phrases to use when communicating with airline and airport agents that will distinguish you as knowledgeable and experienced travelers who are not to be trifled with.
